In the “Severe Weather and Natural Disaster Procedures_ Small to Medium Organizations” document it has some placeholders saying “FILL IN LOCAL EMERGENCY PROCEDURES TO COMPLETE THIS SECTION”.
Where would I find these procedures? Are they by town, state, county, etc? We are located in Los Angeles.

You should check your State, County and City recommendations for emergency preparedness, as well as, addressing site specific issues (In the event of a hurricane, follow the emergency evacuation plan into the basement, etc.). Google each area of emergency concern and look for .gov. I found this site specific to Los Angeles County. http://publichealth.lacounty.gov/eprp/
