Our office is located in a building that is not wheelchair accessible. We do not have control of this “architectural barrier”. Does CARF require we provide wheelchair access?

Your accessibility plan will need to identify this architectural barrier, as well as, leadership’s goals in overcoming the barrier. This could be anything from meeting clients outside the office to discussing accessibility improvements with the property manager, etc.
